Anima Winter Challenge

Payment changes
This term we had been taking payments through a monthly subscription. However we have encountered several problems and issues with this method of payment.
We originally decided to change the payment method to help reduce our admin, but instead it has caused the opposite affect throughout the term.
Unfortunately, It has taken away a lot of control in regards to dealing with payments i.e. if someone were to miss a payment (for whatever reason), we were not able to charge them as the system would automatically be setup for the following month and this become difficult to track payments.
The monthly subscription has confused a lot of people as to how it works, especially depending on months that have more or less classes.
To summarise, we have now decided that we will be going back to Termly bookings.
Term Dates
Our last day before the end of the year is Sunday 19th December.
We will start back from Friday 7th January.
We will be running during the half term in February (14th-20th).
This term runs up until Sunday 3rd April.
This term will be 13 weeks long.
Prices for 13 weeks (Monday class only has 12 weeks)
- Pre-School – £149.50 (£138)
- Beginners – £149.50 (£138)
- Intermediate – £214.50 (£198)
- Advanced – £279.50
- Parent and Toddler – £8 per class
- Teens and Adults – £16.50 per class
Term Bookings
We will be sending out an invite link to those that are currently booked onto a class, you will be able to book your child on without paying, the deadline for this will be Tuesday 28th December.
You will have until Tuesday 4th January to pay for the term fees, otherwise we will presume you longer want to stay on with us.

Sunday Teens and Adults
We have decided that we will be stopping our Sunday Teens and Adults class from the new term in January.
Want to get involved in Coaching?
We are looking to take on friendly, enthusiastic, patient, energetic and fun people, no experience is needed.
We will be teaching and mentoring you on how to coach throughout the time being with us.

British Gymnastics Membership
If you attend one of our Pre-school, Beginners, Intermediate or Advanced classes you will need to make sure you sign up for British Gymnastics membership, if you haven’t done so already, or if you’ve previously done this you will need to renew it. This follows the school academic year, so it needs to be renewed every September.
This is important as it is an insurance for gymnastics and is what allows us to run our classes, without British Gymnastics Membership you cannot join our classes.
You do not have to pay the membership fee as this is included in your class fees and will be paid by the club.
Due to GDPR we cannot complete the membership form on your behalf, this needs to be completed by yourself.
