Introduction
We’re excited to announce a major update to our booking system! Starting soon, we will be transitioning from Class4Kids to CoursePro, a more advanced and user-friendly system designed to improve your experience.
This change will bring easier booking, better communication, enhanced class management, and more control for parents over their children’s gymnastics journey. Read on to find out everything you need to know about this transition, what’s changing, and what you need to do to get started.

Why We’re Moving to CoursePro
Our current system, Class4Kids, has served us well, but we’ve outgrown its capabilities. While it allows basic booking, it lacks advanced features that would enhance both our members’ and staff’s experience. Some of the challenges we’ve faced with Class4Kids include:
- Occasional email delivery issues, causing missed notifications.
- Limited tracking of gymnast progress, making assessments harder.
- Manual handling of makeup class requests, leading to extra admin work.
- Restricted payment options, requiring all bookings to be in fixed blocks.
To continue providing the best possible service, we’re moving to CoursePro, which is tailored to sports and gymnastics clubs. This new system will help streamline our operations while offering more flexibility and control to parents.
What’s Changing?
Here are the key updates you need to know:
✅ Classes on this booking system will start from Monday 7th April – Not this term but for next term!
✅ Makeup Classes Now Free & Known as Planned Absences – If you notify us in advance that you will miss a class, CoursePro will mark it as a Planned Absence on your account. You can then apply this to another class. Planned absences cannot be scheduled more than a week in advance, but the credit will remain on your account for later use if needed.
✅ More Payment Options – Choose between booking blocks of 12 classes or setting up a rolling Direct Debit.
✅ Year-Round Training – We will no longer follow term-time schedules. Instead, classes will run throughout the year, with the exception of:
- A 2-week Christmas break
- No classes on bank holidays
✅ Easier Gymnast Assessments – Parents can now track their child’s progress and move them to a new class when they are ready, without waiting for manual confirmation.
✅ Better Communication & Notifications – The new system ensures you receive important updates on bookings, assessments, and schedule changes. You will also be notified when we cancel classes for bank holidays or other reasons. Please ensure you tick the relevant communication preferences in your account settings, as failing to do so will prevent you from receiving updates.
✅ More Control for Parents – You’ll be able to:
- View all bookings in one place
- Easily switch classes when your child progresses
- See detailed updates on their gymnastics journey
What You Need to Do
To get started with CoursePro, follow these simple instructions:
Set up a new account – Existing bookings will not be transferred, so all members need to register fresh on the new system.
Make your first booking through CoursePro – A link will be sent to all members currently booked onto a class on Monday, 17th February 2025. This will allow you to see and book your classes. If you do not receive this email by Monday, please contact us to let us know.
Priority bookings open on Monday, 17th February 2025 – You have until Sunday, 16th March 2025 to secure your spot before general bookings open.
Pricing & Payment Options
We’re keeping our block booking prices the same, but we’re also introducing a Direct Debit option for added flexibility.
Block Bookings (Per Class Rate)
- Toddlers Advanced, Pre-school, Reception & Beginners: £14.00 per class
- Novice, Intermediate & Advanced: £19.00 per class
Direct Debit (Monthly Payment, Based on 50 Classes Per Year)
- Toddlers Advanced, Pre-school, Reception & Beginners: £66.70 per month (£16.00 per class)
- Novice, Intermediate & Advanced: £87.50 per month (£21.00 per class)

❓ Will my existing bookings transfer over?
No, you will need to create a new account and rebook your classes.
❓ How do I make a booking?

❓ Can I still reschedule missed classes?
Yes! With CoursePro, you can reschedule classes free of charge, making it much easier to manage your bookings.
