Certificate & Badge Week
Week commencing Monday 24th March – Sunday 30th March, we will be having our Certificate & Badge Week.
How it Works:
- Each gymnast begins their journey at Level 1 when they first join our club.
- Progression occurs every term as gymnasts advance through subsequent levels.
- These levels serve as milestones, marking achievements and creating a tangible record of progress over time.
- Throughout the term, we focus our classes on ensuring gymnasts meet badge requirements, preparing them for success and recognition each term.
Attendance Matters:
To qualify for a certificate/badge, your child must attend at least 4 classes per term.
Regular attendance helps gymnasts develop their skills and ensures they gain the most from their gymnastics experience.
Club Closure Dates: March – June 2025
- Direct debit fees will automatically be adjusted for members who would normally attend on days when the club is closed.
- Block booking dates will exclude any days when the club is closed and be pushed forwards.

New forms – Launching from Monday 7th April
Planned Absence Form Replaces Make-Up Class Form
If you know you will be unable to attend classes from Monday 7th April and onwards, you can now submit a Planned Absence Form here.
– This form will replace the Make-Up Class Form as we transition to the new booking system.
How it Works:
By completing a Planned Absence Form, a replacement class credit will be added to your account.
– Once processed, you will receive a ‘Replacement Class Added’ email from the new booking system.
Replacement class form
From the date of the ‘Replacement Class Added’ email, you will have 8 weeks to book your replacement class, at no additional charge.
– When you’re ready, you can submit a Replacement Class Form here.
How it Works:
We can only confirm whether your replacement class has been booked and secured 1 week before it is scheduled to take place, as replacement classes are subject to availability and can only be arranged for days and times with open spaces.
– If you do not have any replacement class credits on your account, you will not be able to book a replacement class.
