Pre-School Gymnastics (Walkers – 4yrs6mths)
Our Pre-School programme offers three engaging class types to suit your child’s stage of development.
Each class provides a safe, fun, and engaging introduction to movement, building strength, balance, agility and motor skills through play-based learning.
Toddlers Play: (Walkers – 4yrs6mths)
Designed as a relaxed, drop-in session, this class encourages free exploration in a safe gymnastics environment.
Additionally, an optional circle time at the beginning and end offers a fun warm-up and cool-down for those who wish to join
Toddlers Advanced: (2yrs6mths – 3yrs6mths)
Ideal for little ones ready to follow simple instructions, this structured class—with parent support—introduces more focused activities in a nurturing setting.
Pre-School: (3yrs6mths – 4yrs6mths)
Perfect for confident children able to participate independently, this fully structured class builds listening skills, coordination and early gymnastics techniques.
Recreational Gymnastics (School Years: Reception – Year 11)
Our recreational gymnastics programme is designed to help children build strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
To ensure appropriate challenge, classes are grouped by age and ability.
Reception
A fun and active introduction to gymnastics for children in Reception year. These classes focus on basic skills such as jumping, balancing, rolling and safe landings, all delivered through engaging activities and games that encourage movement and confidence.
Beginners: (5yrs6mths – 11yrs6mths)
Ideal for children new to gymnastics or with limited experience. This class teaches foundational skills such as forward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, and basic apparatus use, laying the groundwork for safe and progressive skill development.
Novice: (5yrs6mths – 11yrs6mths)
Designed for gymnasts who have mastered beginner-level skills and are ready for more technical challenges.
To join this class, specific skill requirements must be met, with a focus on refining movement quality and introducing more advanced elements across various apparatus.
Intermediate: (6yrs6mths – 16yrs6mths)
For gymnasts who have demonstrated consistency and control in novice-level skills. At this stage, the class continues to build strength, flexibility and precision while introducing more complex skills and combinations.
Advanced: (6yrs6mths – 16yrs6mths)
Our most challenging recreational class, aimed at gymnasts with strong technical ability and a passion for progress.
To attend, gymnasts must meet intermediate skill requirements. This class focuses on high-level techniques, strength, and performance quality across all apparatus.
