Gymnastics birthday parties at Anima Gymnastics are the perfect way to celebrate your child’s special day!
Hosted at our club in Barnet, our parties are exciting, safe and designed to create lasting memories.
Our tailored party packages offer fun-filled experiences with plenty of gymnastics games and in our state-of-the-art facility.

Gymnastics Birthday Party Schedule

Here’s how our Gymnastics birthday parties would typically run:

3:30 – 4pm: Arrival & Setup
You’re welcome to arrive 30 minutes early to decorate the seating area, set up food and welcome your guests.

4pm: Gymnastics Fun Begins!
The gymnasium doors will open and children will head into the gym for their session led by our coaches.

5pm: Food & Cake Time
The gymnastics session ends, the children return to the seating area to enjoy food and celebrate with cake.

6 – 6:30pm: Tidy Up & Home Time
A short window for packing down, tidying up and saying goodbye to your happy (and tired!) party guests.

Please note:
For safety reasons, children cannot re-enter the gym after the session ends.

Gymnastics Party Availability & Extras

Availability
Birthday parties are available on selective Saturdays and Sundays from 4pm – 6pm only.

Club Closure Dates
We are closed on specific dates throughout the year. Please check our Club Closure Dates to ensure your preferred party date is available.

Free Invitations
We offer a choice of virtual or printed invitations, included with every party package — making it even easier to get the celebrations started!

Gymnastics Birthday Price Guide

Birthday Child: Walkers – 5yrs (Includes Reception year)

Parents must supervise at all times.

£360.00 for up to 32 children

Description
A relaxed party for under 5s with free exploration in a safe gym environment. Optional circle time at the beginning and end adds a fun, interactive warm-up
and wind-down.

Birthday Child: 6 – 11 yrs old (School Years 1 – Year 6)

£360.00 for up to 16 children
£540.00 for up to 24 children
£720.00 for up to 32 children

Description
Includes a semi-structured gymnastics session led by our coaches, with warm-up games, equipment demonstrations and free play time with friends for a fun
and active party experience.

Booking, Payment & Cancellation Information

To secure your child’s gymnastics birthday party at Anima Gymnastics, please read the following carefully:

  • Full payment is required upfront and will be invoiced after we receive your booking request.

  • Payment must be completed within 7 days to confirm and secure your booking.

  • You’re welcome to visit the club beforehand to view the space and ask any questions.

Cancellation Policy

  • 2 weeks or more before the party date: Full refund available
  • Less than 2 weeks’ notice: No refund can be given
